2 lbs. of chicken

2 Tbs. of oil

A dash of Adobo with Pepper

1/2 red bell pepper, cut in stripes

6 oz. of Recaito

1 env. Sazon Goya con Cilantro & Tomate or Culantro & Achiote

1 cup of water

1- In a skillet heat oil and brown chicken seasoned with Adobo. 2- Add red bell peper and Recaito.  3- Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes. 4- Add water, Sazon, and bring it to boil. 5- Cover and reduce heat. 6- Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes until chicken is done. Serve with Spanish rice.

*Crock Pot method: Follow steps 1-3. Place chicken mixture in crock pot. Add water and cover. Cook it at desired temperture.
