Pork Stew Caribbean Style

2 1/2 lbs, of pork sirloin roast, cut in cubes
Adobo Goya with Cumin
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1/2 green bell pepper, cut in stripes
6 oz of Sofrito Goya
1 8oz. can of tomato sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
5 Tbs. of oil
1 cup of water
Cilantro, chopped fine

In a pan, heat up 2 Tbs. of oil and brown pork seasoned with Adobo. In a skillet heat up oil and fry onions, garlic and pepper. Add this mixture to pork. Add Sofrito, tomato sauce and water. Cover pan and cook pork at low heat until done (about 45 minutes). When pork is done add cilantro. Serve with rice (Canilla Extra Fancy Long Grain Rice) or with rice and beans.
*You can do this dish with a crock pot. It will take more time to cook but it will give you the flexibility to leave the house and do other things. * You can also use chicken or beef. "Enjoy it"
