Zucchini BBQ or Stir Fry

2 Tbs. of olive oil
2 medium zucchinis
1/2 lb. of mushrooms
Bamboo Sticks
Salt to taste (optional)
1 env. of Sazon Goya con Culantro y Achiote (Coriander and Annato)

Slice zucchinis and mushrooms.  Mix them with Sazon and oil.  Place vegetables in bamboo sticks and cook on grill at medium heat for about 3 minutes each side.  Brush them with remained juice during cooking.
Stir fry method: In nonstick skillet heat oil and stir fry vegetables until crispy done.  About 3 minutes.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped basil if desired.
