Fajitas Mojo Picante Style(you can use beef and pork also)

1 lb. of chicken, cut in stripes
2 Tbs. of oil (Canola prefered)
1 cup of Mojo Picante Marinate Sauce (it is mild)
1 medium onion, cut in slices
1/2 red bell pepper, cut in stripes
1/2 green bell pepper, cut in stripes
1/2 env. of Sazon Goya with Culantro y Achiote (Coriander & Annato)
2 Tbs. of fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
5 flour tortillas
Pico de Gallo Salsa

Marinate chicken in Mojo Picante Marinate ( I like to marinate chicken over night). In skillet heat oil at medium heat. Stir fry chicken until done. If desired, add remained marinate and continue to stir fry until liquid is almost gone. Add vegetables and Sazon, mix well. Stir fry only for 2 minutes until vegatbles are crispy. Warm up tortillas (if desired). Place chicken mixture in each tortilla and top them off with Pico de Gallo Salsa.
