2 lbs. of ribs

1 Tb. of oil

4 Tbs. of Chipotle Marinade

4 Tbs. of Sofrito Goya or Recaito

1 cup of water

In a 4 quarts pot heat oil at medium heat and brown pork each side.  Add Chipotle Marinade, Sofrito (or Recaito), and water. Cover pot and simmer for 45 minutes or until ribs are tender. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving so the liquid thickens.
* Another method: Brown ribs in a skillet and then place ribs in a crock pot.  Add Chipotle Marinade, Sofrito, and water. Cook at slow heat or high heat at your convenience.
